Here is a list of things you need to check before you can download one of my videos.

1. Do you have enough hard disk space?
Many of my downloads are at least 500MB – 1GB. Check that you
have enough disk space on your computer to adequately store these downloads.

2. How fast is your internet connection?
Make sure your internet connection is able to handle downloading large file sizes or that
your ISP (Internet Service Provider) does not put a limit on how much you can download.
I recommend at least using a DSL, Cable, or faster internet connection.

3. Do you have enough time to complete your download?
I do not put any time limit on our downloads, only limit the number of attempts (or clicks).
You can always purchase one day and download on another. To estimate the time it would take to
download my videos, try this online tool: http://www.csgnetwork.com/csdlspeedcalc.html. Just
enter the file size found in each ‘product details page’ and click ‘MB’ (megabytes). Then find
your connection speed in the chart below to see your estimated download time.
